Our youth programs are designed to help kids develop an association of FUN with exercise.
Exercise is SUPPOSED to be fun. We want our kids to understand, being healthy is not a chore.
In this class, kids will learn proper warm ups, better movement, strength building, proper lifting techniques, and teamwork through exercise based games and controlled strength and conditioning exercises.
Most of all they WILL HAVE FUN!
This program beats sitting at home on the game console day in and day out!!
*(Minimum age for this class is 8 yo)*
