Stop drinking your calories ( Soda, Juice, Energy drinks, Sweet Tea, Coffee with cream and sugar / fancy coffee drinks, alcohol aka wine, beer & spirits.)
Start drinking more WATER. Everyone is different in water needs so rule of thumb drink about 1/2 your body weight in Oz. / Day.
YES you'll likely use the bathroom more often. GOOD!!
