Boot Camp/Group ClassGroup Classes Our Group classes are TEAM oriented. Our group class is for people who: Are team players with good attitudes Are coachable ready to learn Want to be around positive people Want motivation and support from a team Want a TRUE non judgmental surrounding Want to move better and feel better Want to Get REAL Results This is a general strength and conditioning class designed to keep you moving and your heart rate elevated. You will be challenged to get outside your comfort zone. You will be challenged to lift heavier weight. You WILL get in to the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!! This is adaptable to all sill levels. Learn to master the basics and everything else becomes a slam dunk. These classes are an excellent addition to our personal training packages. We offer unlimited class membership and combination memberships of personal and group classes.
