Boot Camp/Group Class
Our group classes are not your run of the mill typical big gym group class. We don't choreograph the workout to music or silly stuff like that. It is an all out serious strength and conditioning circuit. Designed to keep you moving and your heart rate elevated and is adaptable to all levels of ability. these classes are an excellent addition to our personal training packages. We offer combination packages of personal and group classes.
